Biography

When lives are completely turned around by an injury, Rick DiLiberto has both the legal firepower and the natural compassion to get those lives back on track. With over three decades of multi-million dollar results to his credit, Rick is known as a personal injury lawyer who takes seriously the human needs of his clients. He makes sure they understand what they're getting into at every step in the process. He makes sure their bills and lost wages get paid, that their injuries and lifestyle adjustments are properly documented for the court, and that they can reach a favorable financial settlement - whether through negotiated settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial.

As a former teacher and legislator - on the Judiciary, Public Safety and Education Committees of the Delaware House of Representatives - he is especially attuned to the needs of injured and abused children. Admired for his ability to put children at ease in stressful medical and legal situations, Rick is equally sensitive to the hurdles - both practical and emotional - faced by their parents.

With a practice that represents victims in every type of personal injury, Rick does all he can to streamline the justice system. In helping his clients through the most disruptive time in their lives, he wants to make that system the least disruptive part of it.
